The Bute Highland Gathering, which attracts entrants from around the world, is held annually in August.
The “Duke of Rothesay’s Trophy”, gifted by the Duke of Rothesay HRH Prince Charles in 2000, is a magnificent hand-carved trophy which is awarded to the overall winner of the Heavy events.
